Stay on platform

• Never share personal contact info (phone, email, social media) in messages.
• Never request or agree to complete a transaction outside SuitCycle. Off-platform deals are not covered by Buyer Protection.

Keep it relevant

• Messages should relate to a listing, order, or SuitCycle transaction.
• No spam, unsolicited promotions, or links to external sites.

Consequences

• First offense: warning from the SuitCycle team.
• Repeated offenses: temporary messaging restriction.
• Severe violations (threats, fraud, harassment): permanent account suspension.
